THE FIRST RESPONDER Line
COMInG SOON
Three Coffees. One Mission. Giving Back to Those Who Answer the Call.
At The Roast Father, family has always been at the heart of what we do. And sometimes, family goes beyond blood.
As a former volunteer firefighter, I've experienced firsthand the brotherhood, dedication, and sacrifices that come with serving your community. With my brother serving in law enforcement, the first responder community isn't just something I admire — it's personal.
That's why we're proud to introduce The Roast Father First Responder Line, a special lineup of coffees inspired by the courage, commitment, and history of New York City's firefighters, police officers, and emergency medical personnel.
Rooted in our New York heritage and crafted with respect for those who serve, each coffee tells its own story.
THE 343
Medium-Dark Roast | Firefighter Tribute
NEVER FORGOTTEN.
Some run from danger. Others run toward it.
On September 11, 2001, 343 members of the FDNY made the ultimate sacrifice while answering the call. Their courage, brotherhood, and commitment to others became part of a legacy that will never be forgotten.
The 343 was created in their honor and in recognition of firefighters everywhere who stand ready to answer the alarm, no matter the hour or the danger.
Crafted from our blend and roasted medium-dark, this coffee strikes a balance between strength and smoothness. Bold enough for the early morning shift, steady enough for the long nights, and made for the people who know that when the alarm sounds, hesitation isn't an option.

THE FINEST
Dark Roast | Law Enforcement Tribute
FOR THOSE WHO HOLD THE LINE.
New York is a city that never sleeps. Neither do the people sworn to protect it.
From the streets of the Bronx to the avenues of Manhattan, generations of New York police officers have answered calls, worked through the night, and carried the responsibility that comes with wearing the badge.
The Finest pays tribute to that tradition of service and to law enforcement officers everywhere who show up, stand their ground, and protect the communities they serve.
Built from our blend and taken deep into a dark roast, this coffee doesn't shy away from intensity. It's strong, full-bodied, and unapologetically bold.
The kind of coffee made for midnight patrols, early roll calls, and the hours when the rest of the city is asleep.

Across New York City, EMTs and paramedics navigate crowded streets, long shifts, and unpredictable emergencies with one mission: get there, provide care, and give someone the best possible chance.
The First Call honors the men and women of emergency medical services whose calm under pressure, compassion, and dedication make a difference every day.
Crafted from our blend and roasted to a balanced medium, this coffee delivers a smooth, approachable cup without sacrificing character.
